Where will the event be held?

The Changing Life & Destiny Conference & Peptide University Training will be held at the Hilton Granite Park in Dallas/Plano.

What do I need to bring to get into the event?

Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket email confirmation to gain access to the event.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Of course, but they will need their own ticket as well. Only valid ticket holders will have access to the Changing Life & Destiny events.

Is there handicap seating?

Yes. Handicap seating is available upon request. Please email us at Team@ChangeLifeDestiny.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. Wheelchair-accessible seating is widespread throughout the event. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of the event. In addition, restrooms and parking facilities are all in compliance with ADA standards.

Will I be allowed to record the event?

Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited, although pictures and personal use, short videos, are welcome. As part of your Premium Pass, we will make the Masterclass Workshop recordings available to you after the conference.

Can I upgrade my tickets?

Yes! You can upgrade your pass to a VIP Pass at any time.

What is the ticket refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable with no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% Guarantee RISK-FREE. If for any reason, you are unable to attend the event, you will get a 100% credit to attend one of our future events as long as you inform us in writing at least 15 days before the event. You may send your written request to Team@ChangeLifeDestiny.com.

Is there a hotel room block?

There is a limited number of hotel rooms blocked at the Hilton Granite Park hotel. Please use this link to reserve your room at a special discounted rate.

What is the dress code for the event?

We suggest business casual for the daytime events. Our event space may be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it. The event for the Black Tie Dinner is strictly formal dress.

Will we be able to meet the speakers?

Depending on your Pass Level, there will be options for a black tie formal dinner with our speaker(s) and/or a photo opp.
